The Marketing Multimedia Specialist is responsible for marketing-related event planning and conference coordination and creation of a variety of media-related marketing products. The Marketing Multimedia Specialist will work with a team of marketing professionals to produce social media content and posts and provide photography/videography content of ongoing company projects and events. Finally, the Marketing Multimedia Specialist will play a pivotal role in growing our Marketing team working collaboratively with graphic designers, resource coordinators and the Director of Business Development. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinating, scheduling, organizing, managing, and attending professional and client industry conferences including processing registrations, installation of exhibits, coordination of client dinners and marketing materials.
  • Providing feedback on conference successes and improvements needed.
  • Editing of photo and video content.
  • Developing and collecting marketing materials, graphics, and promotional materials.
  • Editing documents, providing content review and printing/reproduction requests.
  • Updating resumes, statements of qualifications, and other miscellaneous marketing-related publications.
  • Managing social media platforms on behalf of ROWE including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Assisting with the design and production of marketing material, including advertisements, project profiles, service/promotional material, and covers.
  • Reviewing/editing/assisting with the development of all other marketing materials, including presentations.
  • Preparing approval documents for advertising and sponsorship requests for ROWE’s Executive Committee approval.
  • Proofreading of marketing products and materials developed by others to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Tracking analytics of social media platforms.


We are seeking forward-thinking, safety-conscious, and energetic individuals who are excited to work on both small-scale and large-scale projects. Qualifications required include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, or a related field preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in the most recent versions of Microsoft Office, InDesign, and familiarization of database software.
  • Ability to write/rewrite copy of correspondences, collateral marketing materials, and presentations
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical/judgement capabilities
  • Ability to work independently or on a team
  • Ability to work remote and in person effectively
